Aha, I've come to the conclusion...

I've come to the conclusion that if you are watching your carbs, sugar & protein intake and workout that day, and have almost reached your limit for the day that it really doesn't matter if you do a pm w/o because you may have more calories to eat but what if you've reached your goal limit for carbs, sugar & protein? Hmmm. What do you think, am I making any sense?

    no...it doesnt make sense...

as you do additional workouts and "earn" more calories, your goal limits for protein, carbs and fat increase as well

I just don't see that my goals would increase because that is my limit for the day, hmm

if you earn extra calories, your macros increase in proportion, as they are a %of calories, not a numerical limit.

So, just for easy maths, lets say your goal was 2000 cals, and 200g carbs

If you exercised and got an extra 300 cals you would end up with 2300 cals, and 230g carbs.

if you burn additonal calories your need for additional macros increase also.
