Keep on Moving!

Sometimes I feel stuck in a rut and need some extra motivation. I have to think of all the reasons that keep me moving even when I feel like quitting.

5. I want to wear a shirt that doesn't have more then a couple x's on it.
4. I want to run the entire 2 mile track at the park in under 30 minutes.
3. I want to run a 5k
2. I want to shop at the chic stores in the mall
1. I want to be the 70 year old that goes dancing every weekend and exercises during the week, not the 50 year old that needs help walking through the store.

What are your top motivators when you feel like you want to quit?
