    Everyone knows, or should know by now, that when people say muscles weigh more, they mean by volume, I have never ever seen anyone actually state that 1lb of muscle weighs more than 1lb of fat, but that's the bit pedants try to refute - Madness!

    LOL. You clearly missed the thread where a poster insisted hat 1b of fat weighs more than 1lb of muscle all proof to the contrary.

    maybe try your old scale? Also, maybe it's water retention (I've heard that's possible). Also if your just starting out maybe your body is in shock right now and check next week :)

    The first week I started the 30 day shred, I gained 2 pounds in water weight. I was SORE!!
