    Got about 10 lbs to lose then I will be doing the same man. In the middle of Insanity right now to help gain some endurance and core strength.

    Try to eat within 30 minutes of your workout, or you'll lose 25% of it. Eat back your exercise calories, mostly protein. (I'm guessing you already do that) Try squatting with 50+ lb weights, my brother does that and I heard it's great for getting ripped. I'll add you :)
