    I am English by birth but emigrated over 7 years ago to Brisbane where I am happily a dual citizen.

    Although I renounce the Aussie part when the Ashes is on ;)

    Be warned, I do the low carb thing and am currently avoiding grains ... but I try not to get religious about it ;)
