Today just wasn't a good day at all for me. I was in a *****y mood all day and when my Hubby called me on break and told me about how he shared the cookies I baked and sent to work with him with some of his coworkers, which one happen to be a girl...I kinda went off. It wasn't the girl...well actually I can't say what it was. I have been depressed all day today. There are sometimes when I tell my self I'm ugly and I don't know why my Hubby is even with me. I get down a lot about it. I'm hard on myself but I won't stick to a plan and lose weight. I always fine excuses, I'm like the queen of excuses. I love my Husband he is the best thing that has ever happen to me but I fear if I don't get my weight and my self esteem under control it is going to ruin my marriage. I'm not sure if I'm the only one out there that feels this way. I know he loves me the way that I am but I don't love myself and before someone can fully love you, you got to love yourself. I know I gotta get this weight off and get my health under control and kick this diabetics in the butt. So why do I keep finding excuses?!?!? Why do I keep doing this to myself and now my marriage. I'm in need of change!!!!!

Just work on yourself and keep all of that in your mind. It will help you to push yourself towards your goals and don't give up! You CAN do this, I know you can. It's normal to be emotional during weight loss, and your husband loves you and will love you no matter what. Feel free to add me if you'd like, I'm VERY motivational and always here if you need to talk/vent. I wish you the best of luck with your weight loss.
YOU CAN DO THIS!
I posted this quote on my page to all my friends this morning, maybe it can help!:
Instead of giving yourself reasons why you can't, give yourself reasons why you can today.0 -
No. I don't think your the only one...... Try to do one thing a day for yourself. You know, this journey is like a snowball, or dominos. You do one thing to help yourself, then its two things, pretty soon its a week. Then all of a sudden you've been taking care of yourself and you notice a little drop on the scale.... Then for some reason your smiling.... You buy a new shirt.. You start to glow a little... Your husband notices the glow, and the way your chin is up higher. The way your image improves... Its not only you. Alot of us took the effort & time it takes. Sometimes it takes a while. And know that only WE can do this for ourselves. Saying this does not work. "I need some help please!!!" That doesn't work. We have to do it ourselves. Knowone on MFP can do it for us. Next time your husbands at work, Eat and log a healthy breakfast, lunch, snack.... take a walk, get a manicure.. Do something, anything for yourself to feel better. It just makes it all that much easier for others to like & value us, if we like and value ourselves first...... By doing those little things it brings up yourself esteem. I don't see any reason why giving a cookie away to his coworker should be something thats threatening to you. Even if its a female coworker. That should be okay you know. Know that you deserve to feel better. You do.... Theres no reason why not. After all, he saw something great in you. He married you. You are a princess, now treat yourself like one. No excuses...... Do you know that our hormones have everything to do with your mood? And the kinds of foods you eat, will affect your mood. Time for good mood food. You are just as capable as every other woman thats on MFP to manage their weight, be healthy, and to hold your chin up high. Know this, and believe this.0
