Hello from Northwest Arkansas

Hi Everyone!!!

Last year I started dieting and working out in July and by November I had lost 25 pounds for a vacation trip to Vegas. Well once we got back I stopped working out and well didn't really continue to eat correctly. So here I am trying all over again. I have cut out all soda and drink only water and tea, I try to eat healthy however the family always has other plans.

My family likes to eat out a lot, and well it doesn't help me make the best decisions. I need a stronger will power and the ability to say "No, lets cook at home".

Anyway I started back with dieting about 3 weeks ago and have only lost 3 pounds, not seeing big results discourage me so I am looking for some advice on how to stay motivated.
