Stress

Hi I have tried just about everything and thought to give this a shot. I used to be able to lose weight easily but now with getting older and dealing with all the stress of taking care of my mom who has dementia and heart issues, it has become next to impossible. I also stress with my medical issues, I have MS. I could go on and on, but why??? I just want what we all want to be healthy, thin, attractive, young and rich. LOL. Well I know 2 out of 5 is what I know I can have. I am wanting and going to lose 43 pounds. I know I may give up at times, but I always kick start myself and try again. I don't ever plan on completely giving up. Good luck to all of us who keep trying and congrats to those who have made it.

If you TRULY want to get healthy and drop some pounds YOU CAN DO IT! It's easy to give up, but never give in! I get stressed and when I'm stressed (or sad) is when I tend to binge eat....there are many things you can do to change that horrible habit like turning on some music and letting yourself dance and feel ridiculous.. I know that sounds weird (and rather ridiculous) but give it a try
Life is too short to be taken so seriously...
