Has anyone tried Mootopia? Or know why it is higher protein and lower sugar?

    Has anyone tried Mootopia? Or know why it is higher protein and lower sugar?
    I looked it up online once where they talked more about the process. Just search for it on yahoo. :) I love the stuff... even when I wasn't eating healthy, the 2% Mootopia was my favorite milk- it just tastes so clean and pure. Right now i'm using the fat free version to add to smoothies and stuff. :)
