Tell me what I should put for my activity level

I don't think I'm eating quite as much as I probably should so I'm trying to figure out my TDEE. Right now I eat my BMR plus some or all of my exercise cals. I haven't lost any inches or pounds in about 3 weeks. I'm pretty close to goal which is somewhere between 110 and 118, I'm at 124 right now. Hubs says I'm continuing to shrink but the tape measure says otherwise.
I'm a full time student who isn't working for now. I spend a lot of time sitting in front of my computer typing papers or reading books.
3 days a week I treadmill or elliptical at the gym for 40 minutes. I do about 5 minutes total of warm up and cool down and the rest of the time is at 80-90% max heart rate.
I also do hatha yoga about 3 hours per week.
All of my classes are on the third floor of the building so I walk up 3 flights of stairs about 6 times a week.
Right now I'm doing 30DS 3 times a week.
Sporadically I walk or hike. I do pretty much all the housework. I spend a few hours a week doing medium energy yard work. I sometimes do more exercise but this is my average week.

You should probably set your activity level as sedentary (since you say you spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer) and enter in your daily acitivty.0
