Kettle Bells

I'm really interested in working out with kettle bells and have started reading reviews on kettle bells and work outs. I currently can barely get through the second level on an old Bob Harper Biggest Loser DVD, so I wonder do I start with 5# or brave a 10# as some sites would suggest. And what work outs are safe, having good form and FUN for a beginner?
