OMG, I Cheated

I had a peppermint patty and an ice cream sandwich. I feel so bad, but I guess I will work our harder tomorrow. I am so sad.

    sometimes you gotta live! You'll be fine as long as it doesn't turn into an everyday thing.

    There is no reason to be sad or upset about that. You should not feel bad about eating; it is not a flaw or a problem. Those items collectively were what, a few hundred calories? It's not worth it beating yourself up over that. The extra calories from those foods will never make a significant difference, but your attitude undoubtedly will.

    I too cheated today! For my very unhealthy supper, I had chocolate pudding pie w/ whipped cream.
    But, we really should'nt beat ourselves up too much. I've recorded my "cheat" as I'm sure you did yours as well. Tomrrow is a new day, and I will make better choices!!
