Before and During

like i said in my "introduce yourself" post, i dont have many before pics because i was a photo dodger lol

i have a couple of before shots that i took when i got sunburnt digging holes and putting up a shade sail in my back yard.

and then various during pics that i took this week, including push ups wiith my daughter on my back because she weighs less than the amount ive lost so far (27kgs) and one (that is not ver clear) with my wife and i in one of my shirts lol
