It's time to do this and need support and look forward to being an encouragement to all of you! I lost 3lbs before signing up and am finding this very helpful to plan out my day and think ahead BEFORE eating!

Strangest thing--I suddenly have no interest in meats. It's crazy! My husband and daughter have no intention of joining me so meals should get interesting. My daughter-in-law and son are vegetarian and my son's fiance is vegan so I do know how to make blended meals but not on a daily basis.

Could use some ideas!
