Ok so I'm not one to promote a product on here but on my gosh I just had the best snach ever!
It's called sensible foods and it is an all natural dried fruit snack with no preservatives. The one I had is the Tropical Blend with pineapple, mango and banana. It was 80 cals for the bag and it was awesome. It is so crunchy it seriously tastes like a treat! I'm going to have to see where I can buy this stuff wholesale. It's sold at a specialty store but I'm sure it is expensive (my mom bought it for me so I don't know how much she paid. It's made in the USA (I live in Canada). I've sent them an e-mail to get a list of their distributors near where I live. If you live in the states it looks like you can buy directly from their website www.sensiblefoods.com and it isn't too badly priced (approx $1.60/bag).
Has anyone tried any of the other flavours or even heard of this product before? I'm totally in love with it and I swear I'm not being paid to say this.

WOW!! Their website is awesome. The cherry looks good to me! I'm going to check the health food store here in my city at lunch, they might carry these. If not I'm going to order some from the website.

Some information I received from a daily newsletter regarding dried fruit this morning....................
A Snacker's Guide to Dried Fruits
Some dried fruits are packed with nutrients. Others are simply packed with calories. Here's what different dried fruits have to offer.
ADDED CALORIES
Dried fruits are not necessarily low-calorie; if you're trying to lose weight, you'll want to watch your portion sizes, as with any snack. But you can at least avoid those fruits that have calories added.
Many dried fruits are sweetened with sugar.
Banana chips are not only sweetened-but also fried in oil (just like potato chips).
IMPRESSIVE NUTRIENTS
Some fruits are excellent sources of fiber: Raisins, apples, dates, prunes, figs, pineapples.
These are also high in potassium and practically fat-free.
Dried apricots are loaded with beta carotene.
Apricots and raisins contain a good amount of iron.0 -

Fantastic, thanks for the info!
One of the things I like the best about this snack is that there isn't anything added. It does have a fair bit of natural sugar (16 g per bag) but nothing added. I'm thinking of all the ways I can use this stuff, added to cereal, in salad, ect.0 -
