Hello everyone.
I don’t consider this as a success unless I maintain my new weight forever ( or reduce ).
I have Started in 08-Jan-2012 with ( 90.5 Kg = 199 lbs ) and finished today with ( 74 Kg = 163 lbs )…..I followed all MFP instructions, regarding all my fitness issues.
And regarding my burned cals, in the first half of my diet time I have not eat my burned cals back, then in the second half I ate back about 50% of my burned cals.
In MFP I have a great group of supportive lovely friends, which I am proud to be friend for all individual of them, I consider them as my second family, and I cannot leave them, so I set a new goal to stay here in MFP.
Thank you Allah, Thank you my firends for your support, and thanks for MFPs ( Owners, moderators…… ) and special thanks for my first and special friend in MFP Lara…..
By the way I will stay here…….so you can add me as friend if you are ready to give support as much as you take.
