I don't think you can actively speed up digestion, other than to eat food that's quickly digested, eg. sugar? But if you're talking about bloating after eating/IBS, peppermint and ginger tea both really help0

You can't really speed this process up per se other than having a decent amount of fiber in your diet.
As far as teas though, Boldo tea or Mate Cocido (yerba mate in teabags) is what I always drank in Argentina and we eat pretty friggin heavy on mostly meat there and everyone is pretty healthy with no digestive issues.
Don't go to a healthfood store or other crap places for it, find a local hispanic market or if you have an Argentine/Paraguayan bakery in town...Taragui is a good brand for both. You'll feel good drinking them either way/0 -

Warm water and caffeine (like tea/coffee) will make you poop, if that's what you're after.0 -
