    230 calories worth of ice cream is a LOT of ice cream. I'm thinking you got what you ordered.

    Not sure what is happening in Canada, (I know that lots of people here live in Canada) but here in the US we are being served way too large of portions. If we were to travel to another country we would see how we should be eating. Others do not super size their meals. In fact, their regular meals are much smaller than ours. People from other countries are shock by how much we eat.
