Hi everyone! I'm a 33 year old female who weighed 218 lbs and has decided now is the time to get healthy and make responsible decisons. I have only been at this for one week and so far I am liking the website. I have also started doing circuit training every morning three times a week and serious cardio two times a week. I am also trying to keep more active every day (taking stairs, parking further from the mall, etc.) I am afraid that I will get sick of the salads soon and need to start thinking of healthier meal alternatives. Anyt tips people might have would be greatly appreciated.

    I am also new to this as I have a few kilos to shift & sick of no energy!!

    My tips are:

    Cut out sugar (yes it is HARD, but so worthwhile, go for alternatives like fruit)
    Cut out wheat (it is amazing how fast the weight will fall off if you cut out both these things)

    You will have so much more energy & will drop weight in no time at all :)
