Help with selecting my activity level?

Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job)
Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)
Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)
Very Active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)
Extremely Active (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.)
The defintions are all still a bit vague for me, so what do you think it means?
I workout everyday, usually for about 40-90 minutes a day, I'm not completely out of breath but it sure does hurt lol. I burn anywhere from 200-350 calories per workout. Which activity level would I select? I'm so confused:/
