Brownie bites with chocolate cream cheese

I wanted to create a brownie that had portion control in mind.
These work really well - and even my husband ate a couple before he went to bed.

1 box Pillsbury brownie mix (13x9 pan size)
2 unsweetened apple sauce cups
6 Tbsp egg whites
tub of Philadelphia chocolate cream cheese - any flavor - but I only tried dark chocolate

Mix brownie mix, apple sauce cups and egg whites until well mixed. (I think 6 Tbsp may actually be 1 Tbsp more than necessary but it works well)
Line 2 regular muffin pans with liners.
I used 18 liners.
Spray each one with nonstick spray.

Drop in a spoonful of the brownie mix into each liner so the bottom is covered.
Drop in a small amount of the chocolate cream cheese (almost 1/2 tsp into each).
Top with remaining brownie mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. I under baked by a minute to let them be slightly fudgy.

18 brownie bites is about 123 calories each depending on the type of brownie mix and how much chocolate cream cheese is used.
