Does anyone here use this protein shake mix? It has wonderful reviews on amazon and is $52.99 for 5lbs.

You might want to look around as far as finding it cheaper.
I love mine. Got the natural chocolate.
Edit: I think I bought mine at GNC or something when it was on sale.
~50 seems a normal price?0 -
i use it here and there to supplement my protein intake. I usually mix it with skim milk. I do not care for the vanilla ice cream flavor; the extreme chocolate is better tasting.0

It seems to be the most comely recommended one, so it's what I bought. Tastes great! Pretty good protein to calorie ratio. I have no desire to switch.0

I used the French Vanilla Creme flavor and liked it as long as I mixed it with skim milk or other things. I did not like it plain with water.0

what flavors does everyone like? they have 18 different ones.0

I use the extreme chocolate flavor and I like it. Really good in almond milk0

yes optimum nutritions products are on point, I use that exactl product it has 81% protein by weight, derived mostly from isolates with Hydrolyzed isolates and concentrates as secondary sources, very good product for the price0

"delicious strawberry" is pretty good, I stopped liking chocholate flavored shakes they just got old, except for chocholate peanut butter stuff that tastes like a melted reese cup haha so good0 -

I get the Double Rich Chocolate. It is pretty tasty on its own, but also really good with some PB2 added.0

I just picked up the ON Natural Chocolate powder, and it's pretty yummy...I liked that it didn't have any artificial ingredients (sweeteners). Last night I mixed it with water and peanut butter after a workout--it was pretty yummy. Today I used it as a "meal" after my workout and mixed it with skim milk, peanut butter, and a banana--YUMMY!!!!
Can't say I can compare the taste to any other powders, but I think this one tastes pretty good, and I can't wait to see what other concoctions I can come up with!0 -

Double chocolate is not bad with water, pretty good with skim milk.
Will definitely try the chocolate PB on the next go-round.....0 -
I just finished my tub of it. I had the natural chocolate, and they overdid it with the stevia. There is a definite aftertaste, but I jazz up my shake anyway with peanut butter or extra cocoa powder. I'm really sensitive to aftertastes, and dont like the artificial sweeteners, but I think I would just get a shake with plain old sugar next time.0

I use the Extreme Milk Chocolate and mix with water. Really of all the protein mixes I've used with water, this is the best one. Also, my buddy strongly recommended EMC over the Double Rich Chocolate flavor0

It's my go to protein powder, it has one of the best mixability by far, ie. no clumping. Has a decent taste in most flavours, I always stick with chocolate or vanilla because a. who doesn't like the taste of chocolate and b. you can add anything to vanilla and have it taste good, like fruit. The chocolate always mixes well with almond butter and honey to make a fantastic tasting protein ball for a quick snack. You really can't go wrong with that product imo.0

I've been using it for over a year now. Love the stuff. I usually stick with boring old Vanilla Ice Cream flavor, as the albertsons by me only has that or chocolate. I'm not a big chocolate shake fan, so I stick with the vanilla. I usually stick it in the blender with almond milk and peanut butter, anyways. Soo yummy.0

I get the vanilla ice cream so I can flavor it how I like. Good protein of low calories and tastes great. Want to try the PB chocolate next!0

I actually just ordered two tubs that arrived this week. I have the Double Chocolate and Mocha Cappucino flavours. I could get them a lot cheaper (once I found a decent supplier) than a lot of locally made protein powders, and it's nutritional profile is very good.
As for the flavour, I like the double choc, though it has more of a dark chocolate flavour, from what I've been told the Extreme milk choc is a sweeter lighter flavour (like milk chocolate funnily enough , so I think that will come down to personal preference.
The Mocha Cappucino is a nice one for coffee lovers like myself. It actually has a lot stronger coffee flavour than I was expecting, so if you don't like strong flavour, give that one a miss.0 -
My go-to whey protein! i use it straight after workout.
Double rich chocolate flavour0 -
Only flavor I've had so far is Chocolate Malt... I mix with milk and shake or blend with ice and it tastes very much like an ice cream chocolate malt, soooooo goood!0

Optimum Nutrition makes pretty good stuff. There protein is yummy, the multiple flavors add variety which helps.
I generally pick up my product from Allstar Health. They are pretty competitive in price 5lbs 49.99. I suggest trying Banana Cream0 -
So far I've purchased 40 lbs of the Natural Chocolate. Afraid to change it up at this point0
