Hello from "Bama"! First Week

New to fitness pal!

Not new to losing those unwanted pounds! Have tried alot of different diets, have had success with some. But, it seems I let that weight creep back on!

With the help with FP and having the app on my phone, it will keep me focused on what I am eating and keep me focused on being healthy! I do have a Sister/Friend that will join me as a buddy and think that will help alot!

Good Luck to all! Let's get this party started! Time to plan meals, and start sweating!:wink:

    Welcome!! The Diary really is great for knowing how many calories u are eating. If I have time I will pre fill my diary with my meals and if I need to make adjustments(picking a more healthier substitute) because of calories I will. Add me if u would like we can motivate each other! Always looking for more friends:)

    Welcome and good luck! I started on here a few months ago and only had my mom as a friend. I've recently added new friends by searching the boards for people that want support and I have to say its helped me. Having people cheer me on has been a great motivator! Friend me if you'd like! :)
