Okay - so I currently workout 3 xs a week taking a cardio kickboxing class called Bodycombat. If I log this I say 45 minutes so I don't get too many calories given back but how much of the exercise calories should I eat back? Do I always have to eat them back? Some times I'd like to, but will I lose at a faster rate if I don't?
