It the Iron intake for woman and men different in MFP?

Because woman need far more iron than men.

I don't know what MFP sets for men. I use a multivitamin so I don't worry too much about iron. I also eat spinach almost every day.0 -
I also eat spinach almost every day.
Did you know apart from spinach being one of the best foods you can have it's also one of the most toxic with pesticides so it's advisable to use organic spinach.
Would be interesting to know if MFP has different levels for men and woman.0
