Felling empty after a meal

I don't know if this topic has been brought up before but here goes anyway. I have been counting my calories between another site, then this one for about 2 months. I have dropped about 10 lbs. my eating habits have changed quite a bit, as I have been lowering my caloric intake. But I have noticed over the past few days that after I eat a good meal ( like the one I just ate for lunch today 4/29) I have an empty sensation almost right after I eat. Is this pretty normal as you change the types of foods and sizes of your meals? I don't feel hungry, my stomach simply feels empty.
I am not worried about it at all, just wondering if anyone else experienced this during their procces.
