body mass index vs body fat percentage lol

ok so i just did my body fat percentage which is 33% which is just into healthy for my age and height. and my bmi is 33.1 which is in the obesity range. lol two totally different results. lol which one is better and more accurate to go by. my opinion the body fat because that takes into account the muscle you have compared to the overall? opinions anybody?

    Arnold schwartzzenagar was obese according to his NMI in his prime. Body fat percentage is much better :-)
