C25k Question

So I've got the app on my phone and I'm sure it says to do it 3 times a week, but the only time I can do it is after work because I do my exercise DVD in the morning on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and then my other DVD on Tuesday & Thursday evenings then Saturday and Sunday, would it be safe to do C25K after work even though I've done my training in the morning or would it be too much exercise and my body won't recover?
