Hello everybody 
I was wondering if anybody that has done the INSANITY workout program could post results or let me know what they think of it....I do zumba regualarly and the elliptical and was looking to mix it up a little bit...Ive been looking into the insanity program and think I want to try it, but first Id really appriciate some feedback and help...Thanks soo much
