So this weekend I have to go out to a hen do. Easy enough as I have the drink side of things sorted, however we are heading for a meal beforehand to my favourite noodle bar. Usually I would stick with a singapore noodles, however I still want to be good whilst i'm out.
What would you suggest would the lowest calorie/healthiest thing to order so I don't feel i've fallen off the bandwagon!

low calorie beer is best
I was planning on vodka and diet coke and then just switchng to water, i was struggling with the food :-P0 -
I'd pick..
#22. Vegetarian soup-noodle dish
or
#52. Vegetarian rice dish
The veggie rice comes with steamed rice rather than fried rice which is WAY better. Also, I'd be wary of the meats since you don't know how they are marinated/how caloric the sauces would be. Generally, veggies are either steamed or cooked in oil, which isn't too bad.
Have fun!

You ruined my attempts at trolling. So i'll give you an honest answer. It's actually recommended to over eat about once a week. this helps with cravings, there are hormonal benefits as well. I always had a free day once a week, unlimited amounts of whatever i want. If i wanted a tub of ice cream i'd eat it, with bbq ribs on the side, free of guilt. I have lost over 100lbs, so it hasn't stopped success.
The things with noddles one serving is actually pretty small, most places give you 4-5 portions or so. Look for lean meats and vegetables. Think of things of their natural state. Things with multiple ingredients are usually loaded with sauces and stuff, and a ton of fat. If something comes with dressing ask for something on the side.
paragraph 2 is in case you don't want to do the entire free day thing.
My apologises! Carry on trolling :-P
I know I will end up going over my calories but every so often won't hurt, I just didn't want to end up going crazy and being too silly with them.0 -

Tofu tends to take on the taste of whatever its being cooked with. I tried it for the first time at 18 so don't feel bad!0
