to me eating clean is eating fresh fuits and vegetables, whole grains, and not a lot of processed food. just eating a healhy balanced diet i guess0

In my opinion its eating only whole foods, no processed foods and it you want to get really clean eating only ORGANIC whole foods although this is rather expensive to do so but with all the pesticides they are using as well as genetically altering our foods in the long run Organic is best.0

Typically foods that don't have a nutrtion label are your best bets (produce, meats, etc.)
If you look at the ingredient list and you can't pronounce something or have no clue what it is, then you would stay away. Same goes for if it's a really long ingredient list usually.
