not sure what im doing wrong! raaaaaa

I have been going to the gym regularily for almost 5 months, my eating habbits were a little shabby in the beggining but they are SO much better now, and i am not losing anything...i know muscle weighs more then fat but im gaining inches..mostly around my hips and stomache...why is this happening? its so frusterating because im actually trying my best. i have cut my calorie intake by 300 and started taking raspberry ketones and just ordered Real Dose...might be an act of desperation lol but maybe they will help a bit...im not sure what else to do...seems like my tummy is holding on for dear life!

  • Are you pregnant? ….:smile: jk…. It doesn’t matter what you look like… it matters how you feel. Don’t give up… take it one meal at a time and remember fads don’t work! It also just be water weight... try a waist trimmer belt from walmart (less then $5)!
