I try for 40g but I wish it came easier. I have to supplement and hate the gas even though I drink well over a gallon of water on most days.
if i have to supplement, i typically add a spoon of psyllium husks (natural fiber) to a smoothie. but only a spoon because liquid makes it expand like crazy and will turn a smoothie into the consistency of extra thick peanut butter if you add too much.0 -
I shoot for 50 gs a day. I drink a decent quantity of water. Less than that and the plumbing tends to clog up unless I'm eating a lot of fat.
What is 50 gs of water please?
