So i feel like my weightloss is slowing down, and i decided to check into my current bmr. According to fat2fitradio, it's 1,873.

MFP has me eating 1,500 calories, which is obviously below my BMR. I was thinking of upping my calories to at least my bmr or even the fat2fit sedentary level (1900 something) but I don't know if i should do that. I don't want to mess everything up.

If I were to do that, would that mean I should not eat my exercise calories back?

I'm not quite sure how everything works, but just thinking about all of this stuff gives me anxiety :\

If yu are going to follow the Fat2Fit calories, then you would not eat your exercise calories back, but make sure you pick the right activity level, as even the fact we are talking about exercise calories show you aren't sedentary.

Ok, and if i dont go by ft to fit and i go by MFP's bmr which says i'm at like around 1843....what should I do with that number? use that as my calorie limit and eat my exercise calories...or go above that and not eat my exercise calories?

I would really love advice from anyone who can shed a little light on this for me. This is all super new to me, til now i've strictly gone by the guidelines MFP sets...

If you said that you want to lose 2 pounds a week, MFP will set you below your BMR. Set it for one pound or half a pound and see how that adjusts it. As you lose weight, it becomes slower to come off.
