Malaysia Cole Slaw...

A little spicy, a little sweet, no mayo:

1/2 bag of tri-color shredded cabbage (8 oz)
1/2 can crushed pineapple in juice (7 oz)
1/4 cup rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
Cayenne Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Makes enough for 4-6 servings. I first enjoyed it at a Malaysia restaurant in Portland, Oregon.
