I'm not new, but I'm newly trying. I joined awhile back and got great benefits from MFP. I never have had that much weight to lose, but I've been needing to increase cardiovascular fitness BADLY and really would like to tone up.
Anyway, I was avidly using MFP then life got in the way. New job, new place, new dog, etc. etc. And I decided I didn't really have time to keep up with it anymore. I did fine and maintained my weight for awhile, although I'll admit I NEVER got to the strength and toned goals that I had.
Well, now I've moved and gotten a new job again (same puppy
) But this time I've moved to a different part of the state and started a HUGE new chapter for me career-wise, while still trying to balance graduate school projects and deadlines.
Needless to say, the weight is creeping back up again and I've realized I need this place more than I thought I did. Hope you all will have me back.....
