I have always worked out at the YMCA in the afternoon but I want to change t hings up. I was thinking about going for a monring jog when I wake up, but I have a cuple of questions. Is it better to work out in the morning or afternoon (does it matter) and do I have to eat a full breakfast before I go out for a jog? Any advice if welcome!

I think whenever you want to work out is fine. And regarding food - some people just go out without eating anything. That doesn't work well if it's going to be a long run though. Most eat something light prior to the run. I usually try to eat 30-45 mins before I head out.0

The time doesn't really matter, just pick a time when you perform the best. For food, its better to eat breakfast after. A small piece of fruit before is okay if you're hungry though. I usually have an apple, if I'm hungry, and a glass of water then I go for a run.0
