prepare for half marathon help

Hey everyone. I am preparing for a half marathon. The day before I ate nothing but carbs and waited until 10 hrs later to eat the next day which I only had a banana. I ran fine and felt refreshed after. Drank Gatorade and Plenty of water and ate well. Today I seem to feel light headed and dehyadated. Is there something that I should be changing? I have everything I ate in my food diary.
