Just wanted to share my latest NSVs
1 - I'm starting to feel more muscles in the back of my thighs and my arms (when I flex them in particular). They're nice tight, firm areas that I know for a fact are not fat bulges. My calves are also feeling nice and firm these days. My waist is also feeling nicely stretched from yoga exercises
2 - I can now jog on the spot for 30 minutes straight - as long as I've got a bottle of water and exercise playlist on my ipod - I can keep going. I actually get a bit down when the Wii Fit tells me I've only got 10 seconds left because I want to keep on going.
3 - My muscles aren't as painful the day after a workout as they used to be. After doing rhythm boxing on the wii for 10 minutes, I used to wake up with sore arms, but not feeling that today - and did it 2 days in a row.
Feeling good

awesome job. i love my nsv's as well. of course, i love when the scale read a lower number than the last time too, but the non scale ones are just as enjoyable. keep up the great work!0
