Just a quick question

Hi!

I'm fairly new to this site, and I've been kinda sent here to read and learn and log what I eat.

My question...I'm on a Dr. Recommended 75+ grams of protein per day diet, but my daily goal according to the tracker is 64. I assume there is a way to change my 'recommended' amounts, but I just can't find it.

Any leading (gently) and pointing the way, would be very helpful :P

    When you go into goals, select custom and change your protein percentage! It is too low on MFP anyway! Good luck!:drinker:
