24 Pounds lost

I hope this works out right. These first two are from last year, I believe February 24, 2011. I was roughly 148 pounds.
And these last two are April 28, 2012, at 124 pounds.
About my journey: It didn't take me a whole year to lose the weight. I think it was done around December, and I started in June. I'm only just now taking a picture because I finally found the old swimsuit. The weight loss went kind of slow, though, a couple of pounds every now and then. I'm 5'2''. I did mostly cardio (sixty to ninety minutes on a stationary bike, or walking). I ate 1200 at first, not with my exercise calories, and then upped it gradually. For those who are going to say that the reason I didn't lose quickly is because I was eating so low, and I have a feeling someone would, I would say that this is not true. I lost less when I upped my calories, and personally did just fine at around 1200 a day. I wasn't hungry at all, and before I was eating at least 2200 calories a day. Although, for anyone else doing this, I would really recommend those exercise calories or upping your calories if you find yourself hungry. Along with my regular five to seven days a week cardio, I did 30 Day Shred by Jillian Micheals on and off. Mostly in July, though I never got past the first level.
That's pretty much it! I just wanted to add that in case anyone wanted to know what I did. I hope I was able to motivate!

i am doing ripped in 30, i started week 4 today. I did 30 ds in dec and then again in feb. i try really hard to get 5-6 days a week of exercise in.. at least 30 min. I lost most of my weight in the beginning, i started Oct 22nd and mfp on nov 19th. so in 2.5 months i lost a steady 2.5 lbs a month but i was on 1200 cals a day. then i learned about my bmr so i upped it to 1350... since then i struggle and maybe loose 1-1.5 lbs a month. last month i lost nothing.. same 2 lbs up and down. so i bumped my cals back down this week to 1300, so we will see where that takes me. SO i try to NET 1300 cals now, if i burn more then i will eat them if hungry but as long as i net 1300 i'm good... before i was eating back ALL my exercise cals. I don't burn tons but it might just be a bit too much...0
