Help Customizing Your Goals

Hi there, thanks to everyone's feedback, I am looking at customizing my MFP goals.
I would like to set my calorie goal as 1600 which is 20% less of my TDEE calculated using 1 to 3 days of activity. I would like to set my macros as 40/30/30. My plan is to follow this calorie goal and on the days I exercise, eat the calories earned to ensure my net is not below my BMR of 1455.
When I went to customize my goals, however, it says my Calories Burned From Normal Daily Activity is 1890 calories/day and Net Calories Consumed Your Daily Goal 1600 calories/day is a Daily Calorie Deficit 290 calories Projected Weight Loss 0.6 lbs/week. My activity level is set at lightly active. Obviously, this doesn't sound like a good daily calorie deficit as I thought the goal was to be 500 calories daily calorie deficit.
Background: Originally, I set my activity as sedentary and it was giving me my goal as 1250. I was not seeing progress and was finding it hard to follow that calorie level. So, for the last 2 weeks, I've been exercising more/consistently and burning about 300 calories a day. I've been eating back my calories burned and averaging around 1600 but still not losing. The feedback I've gotten from the community is at 1250 I'm eating too little, I need to be above my BMR and my activity level is not accurate.
How do I customize my goals to reflect the above?
Thanks.
