turbo jam calories?

Does anyone know how many calories 45 min of turbo jam burns? The cardio one? Thanks!

There's a bunch of us supporting each other on the turbo jammers thread ~ why don't you join us?
I've been on it since 1/09 and have lost about 23lbs and inches galore! Maybe not the quick fix but i'm in it for the long haul and being more fit. The girls are really nice and very encouraging!
