Anyone else not have a scale and not weigh themself?

OMG the grammatical nightmare that is the thread title is causing me to become dizzy. But "his- or herself" seemed kind of...inelegant. Not that "themself" is any better. Oh gods it's like not even a word...
ANYWAY
I don't have a scale and I'm not entirely sure what I weigh. I'm not overweight but I'm heavier than I like so that's pretty much what I go by. It seems like lots of people here are pretty number conscious and have those ticker things but anyone else more or less number-free and want to talk about goals in a non-scale-related manner?
