I have only been using myfitnesspal for a few days, but I made lifestyle changes about 2 weeks ago. I have already lost about 15 lbs. and I am feeling great. I know losing it that quickly sounds kind of unhealthy, but I am eating healthy and exercising. I think it is just coming off quickly at first because it is mostly water weight. I got rid of all of the unhealthy food in my house and I quit drinking soda. These are big changes in my life, but I have my mind set.

    Great job! I lost alot of weight initially also. I quit sodas, junk and fast food and became more active. It made a big difference!
