Mindful Eating

I was wondering if any else is trying this. I would love to be a part of a group. I am reading Michelle May there are allot of books out there. I have had success with weigh down with is similar but the guilt and shame for failing are not apart of it like it is in weigh down.

If there is a group; Please let me know.

Oh and I am using a pedometer and upping step gradually is there a way to enter that in the fitness goals?
