I was 230 pounds (Day I gave birth to my son) on 10/01/10 on 10/01/11 I was 145. 85 pounds in one year? I'll take it. I'm currently about 140, the scale dips down to 136 sometimes, and I'd really like to be about 120. 20 pounds is a lot! I might be happy at 130 I am not sure.

I'm pretty happy with my body. I just have the "spare tire" and I hate it! I also have a problem with binging and purging. I've been fighting this eating disorder for 15 years and I'm doing a lot better now. I love cooking and by golly I love eating too! I'm working now to change my major to culinary and become a chef. I'm currently in community college an I am a stay at home mother to a 19 month old.

I've been struggling to lose this last bit of weight for 6 months and I'll be honest 60% of the past 6 months I have no logged a calorie.

Decided to change my goals. Low Sugar, Salt, Fat, and Carbs. High protein and trying to stick to 1600-1800 calories a day.

Plus going to try to up the work out. M-W-F 45-60 minutes of cardio and then Tue & Sat Do strength (Mainly lifting free weights, squats, push ups, crunches) until I can get into a gym. Thursday and Sunday off. No cleaning (Other than dishes and vacuuming) and propping my feet up and spending the day resting and I won't binge on those days either.

Who's with me? I'd love some friends who could stick with me and be the support I need. I need people who can really be there for me and let me be there for them. I need a support group. I don't care if you have 40 pounds to lose or 4, I don't care if you are 16 or 60 and I don't care if you are a male of female.

I just need support. I have none in my life. So feel free to add me. I'm a super nerd/geek. I'm into gaming, Dr. Who, Star Wars/Trek, Buffy, D and D and all sorts of other random geeky stuff...

I am a SAHM. I have a 4 month old son. I am trying to get rid of my pregnancy weight. I don't have any real friends so I pretty much work out by my self. I would like the same. I need major motivation and I will be the same. I have to say though dealing with and taking care of a infant is kind of hard and takes up your time. So the free time I can get I will try to be very supportive. Feel free to add me if you like :)
