Had a bad day today when you got on the scales?

Rule 1 - Remember to take measurements.
Over the few weeks I've been dissapointed with very slow weight loss, so decided to start taking measurments.
Lost a couple of pounds/which keeps coming back on & off over the last month - (pretty bad I know) - but lost 4.5 inches on my gut, 3 inches on my waist & and added 1 inch on my biceps & chest.
41 to 38 over the last three weeks is something I'm happy with, so remember folks - don't just go by the scales.

It's still disheartening to lose 0.25lbs over 1 month whilst doing the 30 days shred. I don't care if my ankles are 1.5" smaller, my butt is still huge and I haven't lost a slither from it
