    Hey all you folks from Canada! We have a group called the crazy cannucks, and we make a new thread every week on wednesdays where we weigh in, so today would be an excellent day for you all to join! good luck with the weight loss!

    Sounds like a fun group and one I with a name like "crazy canucks' I am pretty sure I'd fit in. I am happy to see that there seems to be a LOT of my fellow Canadians on here.
