Meatloaf
One of my comfort foods is definitely meatloaf. However, putting in my day requires being extra careful on my meal planning. Example: Instead of the wonderful mashed potatoes I really want when I eat ML, I instead eat , brussells sprouts, broccoli, & peas.
I joined sparkpeople's recipe page 4 days ago. I like to cook & want to know the nutrional information on my meals, I entered the meatloaf & just want to share it with ya'll, just in case you might want some too.
(PS on my ML topping not listed, I used 1 serv. Heinz ketchup, 1 TB mustard, & 1 tsp Splenda. I just added those cals in seperately)
Brenda's Meatloaf ( I listed in our MFP database too)
